I got lazy with my posts... I don't think I'll bother with listing my meal-plan/menus here. It just got too time consuming. I also had trouble keeping up with exercise during the heat of summer. Now that we are experiencing some cooler weather, it is soooo much easier to run again!
This week, I ran three times. With my work/commuting schedule, that's about the limit I expect to be able to handle. I'm also trying not to run on consecutive days for the first few weeks. I've definitely missed running (who ever thought *I* would say that?).
